Antoinette "Toots" Marie Livermore, age 74, of Percy Road, Shingleton, died on Thursday morning, September 8, 2011 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Munising, MI on April 28, 1937, to the late Frank and Gertrude (McManego) Niedzwiecki. Toots married John N. Livermore in 1953. She enjoyed camping and spending time in the woods.
Toots is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years - John Livermore of Shingleton; son - Frank Livermore of Shingleton; granddaughter - Sheila (Dale) Merkes; great-grandson - Bryce; sisters - Clara Kaskella and Darlene (Dirk) Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Gertrude, sisters Irene Brancati, Delores Archey, and Ruth Jarman, and brothers Frank "Buster" and Richard Niedzwiecki.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Bowerman Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Pastor George Dwelly will conduct Toots's funeral at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. Committal will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.
