Darci Jean Tyner, age 48, of Marquette, went home to be with Jesus early Sunday morning, February 18, 2024. She was under the loving care of her family, the caregivers of Ontario House, and U.P. Home Health and Hospice. Darci was the youngest child of Edward and Marlene Tyner, born April 2, 1975 in Munising.
She attended Limestone Baptist Church and Superior Central School. Darci enjoyed the outdoors in all the seasons. She loved following her dad around the yard and going fishing with him and going for car rides and out to eat with her mom. Darci liked riding her bike, going for walks, making jigsaw puzzles, and listening to all types of music.
She is survived by her parents – Edward and Marlene; siblings – Dannette Tyner, Debbie and Bill Smith, Dennis and Pam Tyner, Dori and Carl Behrend, Dulcie and Mike Lintula, Dustin and Tammy Tyner, Darin and Sharon Tyner; numerous nieces, nephews aunts, uncles, cousins; and her friends at the Ontario House. Darci was preceded in death by an infant sister, Dawn Marie and her grandparents Luella and Earl Iverson and Gladys and Edward Tyner, Sr.

Darci’s last months of life comfortable. Our family appreciates everyone that has cared for her.”
Graveside services will be conducted by Pastor Ted Jolls at the Limestone Township Cemetery in Limestone, Michigan on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the Ontario House, 2262 Norwood Street, Marquette, Michigan 49855.
