Donna K. Snedeker (Thompson), age 69, longtime resident of Munising, MI passed away peacefully on January 25, 2014 from a longtime battle with PSP (Progressive Supernuclear Palsy) in Port Orange, FL where she has been living since 2005.
Donna was born in Adrian, MI on August 28, 1944. She graduated from Adrian High School. She was self-employed working for the Informer, Bayshore Press, Hasty Tasty and Northern Rustic Designs. Her and Gary enjoyed traveling and doing art shows. She also enjoyed watching the sunsets from her porch on Lake Superior and loved flower gardening.
She was the beloved wife of Gary to whom she was married for 50 years; loving mother of Sara (John) Hudak, Jason (Mara) Snedeker; devoted grandmother of Katie and Steven Hudak and Andrew Snedeker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Bessie Thompson and her sisters Onnalee, Barbara, Lavada and Patricia.
There will be a private service for family and friends in Port Orange, FL. She is now resting peacefully in the arms of the angels.
