Eileen Janet Perry

Gwinn             Eileen Janet Perry, age 85, of Gwinn, passed away at the Norwood adult group home in Marquette on Friday, June 20, 2012.  She was born on November 29, 1926 in Munising, the daughter of Edward and Gertrude (Roberts) Perry.  Eileen loved going on outings with members of the group home where she lived, especially when it involved coffee and doughnuts.  She loved spending time with her sister Midge Hart, with whom she lived for forty years.  Eileen will be missed greatly by her family and friends.             Survivors include her sister Mildred "Midge" Hart of Gwinn; brother - Raymond Perry of Munising; nephews and nieces - Roger and Glenn Hart, Patricia Meyers, Timmy, David, Edna, Jeffrey, Todd, and Bobby Perry, Cheryl, Diane, Robin, Eddie, and Russell Perry, Debbie, Johnny, Kevin, Scotty, Steve, Cathy, Kime, Kelly, and Vicky Kurian; and many great nieces and nephews.  Eileen is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Gertrude Perry of Munising; brothers, sister, and in-laws - Ernie (Evon) Perry of Flint, Yvonne Perry of North Carolina, Joseph Perry, Edward Perry, and Mytrle Perry all of Munising.             Services will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Munising.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Bowerman Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. by a clergyman from Sacred Heart Church in Munising at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Munising.        Her family would like to thank the loving staff of the Norwood and Woodridge Homes for taking such good care of Eileen for the past two years.
