Ina M. (Ruska) Corradino, age 80, of Iron Mountain and formerly of Eben, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Kingsford. She was born on December 28, 1934 in Limestone Township, Michigan. Ina was raised in the Eben area and graduated from Eben High School. Ina had worked since the age of fifteen. Her working life included many jobs over the years. Her favorites were the years she worked as janitor at Eben High School and most recently as manager of the Iron Mountain Goodwill Store. Ina loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching sports, playing cards, going to bingo, reading and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Ruska; sisters, Deanna Ruska, Patricia Accomando and Mary Lou Edminster; brother, Brian Ruska; and son in law, Donald Stuer. Ina is survived by her children, Wendy Stuer of Iron Mountain, Daniel (Faye Edwards) Corradino of Fulton, MO, Perry (Carolina) Corradino of Ishpeming, Vicki (Jim) Myers of Ishpeming and Jackie (Bruce Dallman) Marta of Negaunee; her mother, Eva Ruska of Munising; brothers, Leroy (Karen) Ruska of Trenary, MI, Bruce (Mary) Ruska of Brandon, WI, Dale Ruska of Eben, MI and Duane Ruska of Marquette; sister, Dorothy (Wayne) St. Pierre of Escanaba; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister and brothers in law, Lynn Ruska, John Accomando, and Harvey Edminster; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the Sion Lutheran Church in Chatham on Friday, February 13, 2015. Visiting time will be from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Pastor Paul Kelto will conduct Ina's memorial service at 1:00 p.m.
