Nancy Lee Vincent, age 75, of ET Road Trenary, died unexpectedly at her home on Monday, September 17, 2012. She was born on January 27, 1937 in Duluth, Minnesota to the late Bertrum and Esther (Brown) Judd. Nancy enjoyed playing BINGO, scratch off lottery tickets, watching Young and the Restless, oldies music, camping, and traveling to craft shows. What she loved the most was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who lovingly knew her as GG. She was a member of the Escanaba VFW Ladies Auxiliary #2998.
Nancy is survived by her six children - Glenda (Duane) Beauchamp of Gladstone, Sheila Johnson (Dave Lund) of Middlebury, IN, Michael (Randee) Johnson of Trenary, Mary Johnson (Stacy Aho) of Trenary, Craig (Fayette) Vincent of Big Bay, and Nancy Jo (Ron) Furlong of Rapid River; twenty-nine grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; brother - Dennis (Jeanette) Boyer of Arizona; and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents - Bertrum and Ester; husbands Joseph Vincent (1986), Loran Johnson (1996), and beloved Frank Phillips (2006).
Visitation will be on Friday, September 21, 2012 at the First Lutheran Church in Trenary from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Pastor Elisabeth Zant will conduct Nancy's funeral at 3:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Mathias Township Cemetery.
