Ralph G. Moore

Ralph G. Moore, age 64, of Marquette and formerly of AuTrain, died at his home on April 3, 2025. He was born on April 3, 1961, to the late Donald and Ellen (McCollum) Moore. Ralph graduated from Munising High School. He started his own landscaping business caring for lawns. Ralph moved to Detroit and worked for Paddock Pools installing and maintaining residential pools. After returning to the U.P. he worked for Kewadin Casino in surveillance and security. He also worked for Enterprise Leasing Corp. in Marquette, MI before retiring due to health problems. Ralph enjoyed making wooden model ships, planes, and cars. He also loved playing cards and board games with friends.

He is survived by his sister - Mary (Andy) Shepley, sister-in-law Muriel Moore, step-sister Judy Rautanen, step-sister-in-law Kris Hardee, step-brother-in-law — Jeff Moore, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ralph was preceded in death by his mother Ellen Moore, father Donald Moore, step-mother Elmera Moore, and siblings Edward Moore, Bruce Moore, William Moore, and Frances Moore, step-siblings Ann (Len) Clapp, Connie Moore, Tom (Mary Dolittle) McCollum, Mark McCollum and step-brother-in-law Bill Rautanen.

A graveside gathering will be held at Serenity Pines Cemetery in AuTrain, MI, Saturday May 31, 2025 at 2PM. Family & friends all welcome.
