Raymond Walter Koper, age 85, of 1000 West M-28, Munising, died early Monday morning, December 2, 2008 at the Tendercare Health Center in Munising. He was born on March 4, 1923 in New Boston, Michigan to John and Catherine (Dolecka) Koper. Raymond married Elvera E. Peters on February 13, 1943. They lived in Lower Michigan and returned back to Elvera's hometown ten years ago. He is survived by his wife of over sixty-five years - Elvera and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws. No services for Raymond will be held.
