Regina Adair, age 60, of 1451 Center Street, Munising, died unexpectedly on Friday morning, October 1, 2010. She was born on April 21, 1950, in Marquette, MI to Charles and Jean (LaFave) Paananen. Gina graduated in 1968, from Wm. G. Mather High School in Munising. She married Dennis Adair on July 20, 1968 and together they raised their two children. Regina enjoyed trips to the casino and playing bingo with family and friends, flowers, and hummingbirds. She also enjoyed relaxing at home watching TV while eating malted milk balls and sharing a purple popsicle with her cat Nikki. Gina loved her family, she enjoyed spending time with all of them, especially her special times with her granddaughter Samantha.
Regina is survived by her loving husband of over forty-two years - Dennis Adair of Munising; son - Roger (Brenda Seymour) Adair of Wetmore; daughter - Tracy (A.J. Kerwin) Adair of Munising; granddaughters - Samantha Kolbus and Taylor Adair; mother - Jean Paananen; sisters - Diane VanPelt, Kathy (Tom) Glatus, and Char (Phil) Heiler; brother - Rick Paananen; and numerous nieces nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Charles Paananen.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 3, 2010, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Bowerman Funeral Home
