Munising / Peshtigo
Robert D. "Bobby" Fulcher, age 66, of Peshtigo and formerly of Munising, died on Wednesday evening, January 2, 2013 at the University Of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison following a lengthy illness. He was born on July 14, 1946 in Munising to the late Trueman and Mary Louise (Chartier) Fulcher. Bobby graduated from Sacred Heart School and then Wm. G. Mather High School in 1964. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1964 until 1967. Bobby worked all over as a building contractor and worked the last fifteen years at Perk's Cabinetry in Peshtigo. He was a member of the Elks in Peshtigo. Bobby enjoyed entertainment and socializing.
He is survived by four children; grandchildren; siblings - Ronald (Kim) Fulcher of Munising, Annette (Lou) Luebecke of Hobart, IN, Ted (Barb) Fulcher of Munising, Tom (Mary Kaye) Fulcher of Munising, Ken Fulcher of Valdez, AK, Linda (Bob) Grooms of O'Neals, CA, Mary (Dennis) Chenail of Laughlin, NV; sisters-in-law - Nancy and Mary Sue Fulcher; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, sister Geraldine Bebo, and brothers Raymond and Richard Fulcher.
Father Chris Gardiner will celebrate a memorial Mass on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Munising. Interment will be at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Munising where the American Legion and Vietnam Veteran Honor Guards will conduct military honors.
