Thelma M. (Foster) Stuttz

Eben Junction

Thelma M. Stuttz, age 84, of Eben Junction, died late Monday morning, December 17, 2018 at UPHS Marquette following a brief illness.  She was born in Standish, Michigan on December 9, 1934 to Robert and Eva (Losee) Foster.  She married Dale Stuttz on April 20, 1967 and they moved to the U.P. in 1989.  Thelma worked as a housekeeper at different Alger County hotels.  She was a lover of animals and a supporter animal rights.  Thelma was a member of ASPCA.

She is survived by her sister – Ester (Dale) Poling of Pittsford, MI; numerous nieces and nephews; stepchildren – Bradford, James, Richard, and Dalet, and good friend Betty Case.  Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dale in 2014, and siblings Freda Losee, Jesse Foster, Bob Foster, and Terry Foster.
